David was great to work with. We had a cracked toilet tank. I found a promotion for a new Toto Toilet from American Plumbing Supply through Angie's List. This was an old promotion but they honored it anyway. David came out the next morning and within an hour we had a new toilet! He was very courteous and even took the old toilet away. Everything was top notch. Will definitely use again.

The guy was very busy and fit me in because I had an emergency.  He came the same afternoon and had to leave and get parts it only took him a couple of hours.  He is very good at what he does.  He was clean and tidy and everything I wanted except for the multiple flushes.  He is very ecological and mentioned he would put in a new toilet, but there wasn't time due to the short notice and I was very concerned about my floor.  The price was very reasonable for everything he did.  I've intended to call him back, but due to my schedule I haven't had the time.

I love my plumber. I have used him before. He was recommended by America Plumbing Supply. The provider is actually a small business owner. He is really great with his customers because he pays attention to whatever your need is. Even if it is his worker’s doing the work he will check on them. His prices are good. He is honest and prompt. In my case, he helped me do some of the work myself so I could save some money. He is just wonderful. I like his general demeanor about everything. He is dedicated to what he is doing and he does it well. He doesn't try to drive his prices up. You get good work for a good price and that is good for this day and age.

I don?t recall how much I spent. They have an excellent stock of hard-to-find plumbing fixtures and repair parts. I will use them in the future.

I have a older home built in the early thirties with the original plumbing. I disassembled some leaky faucets and toilets and went to the national chain hardware stores to find replacement parts with no success. Not only did they not have the parts they sometimes didn't even recognize them as part of a plumbing assembly. I walked into American and the person at the counter was able to tell me immediately the manufacturer and how many years the piece had been produced. They had all the pieces and provided some helpful hints on reassembly. Not inexpensive but worth it to keep my classic fixtures in working order.

I like that they are customer service oriented and personable. They have really excellent service over all. I like that they deliver as well. We can go in and choose what we want or look online and they will order anything we want.
