Westy inc Dave came out within 24 hours and arrived exactly on schedule. He replaced a part on our refrigerator which had stopped cooling. He also spent time educating me about what to expect for future repairs on our ageing refrigerator so we could make good decisions about fix/replace. He was careful...
The entire process was very professional. They recieved the parts in a timely manor and scheduled the repairs right away. They were very flexible with my schedule. While doing the repairs they were very conscious of cleanliness. The repair man was very knowledgeable and informative.
Connors Plumbing & Heating IncI was not home when he serviced my unit. My wife was. He came to the door and then went right to work. The unit is outside.
