Make sure the rendering reflexes the same as dimensions showing make sure he signs that dimensions are same as rendering shows and builder agrees they are the same before they build them for you. Most of the new refrigerators available are at least 70 inches tall and the ones that are shorter are too narrow. This meant I needed to have the cabinet about the fridge raised a couple of inches. Even though this was a small job, Vlad responded quickly and came up with a great solution (converting the upper cabinet to an open shelf). Vlad was busy with other jobs, he fit the job into his schedule so I wouldn't have to live too long without a refrigerator. New shelf looks great and fits in with the rest of the kitchen. I think it actually looks better than what was there before. The cost was very reasonable. Vlad does great work and is very pleasant to deal with so I wouldn't hesitate to use him on a larger project in the future."
