After showing staff where the dog invisible line was but they cut 3-4 times and did not inform me but turned off the system and my dog could have gotten away with the fence turned off for 8 days until I found it turned off. I told the lead installer that if they cut the line, let me know so I could fix it right away. Instead, they just turned it off and left after the project was finished.
