"We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. Overall, I am thrilled with my new garage and so happy that Greg was also able to redo the sidewalk and steps to my front door. The work is holding up beautifully and Greg and his crews were great to work with."

"Working with Trevor and his guys was AWESOME! He came out to our house, got the measurements, inquired about everything we were looking for in our new deck. He provided multiple options (Cedar, Composite, Combination of both types of materials) and provided his insights to help us make the best choice for us.  I got multiple bids for the job and his was by far the best. There was another builder who was trying to charge an additional $6,000 for the exact same deck. He completed the plans for us and stayed in email and phone contact with us the entire time.
He got the work underway a month before we were supposed to start, after checking in to make sure that was alright with us. Trevor and his guys did a wonderful job using a Herringbone pattern on the decking and really nice wood work for the railings and stairwell. They used routers to smooth the edges and added some nice detail. There isn't one thing we don't like about our new deck. 
As someone with limited experience in construction, I really appreciated that he had the expertise and ethics to do the best job possible. I would refer this company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, attention to detail oriented builder. It is evident that these gentlemen love what they do and they are excellent at it.

"They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."

"We had the front of our house and garage done last year, wonderful! This year we had the other three sides of the house done with steel siding. Jason was very professional and helpful with both projects. He helped us with colors and was very honest with things we wanted done.Thank you! Tim and his siding crew were wonderful! "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"We were so very pleased with the work Greene Construction did for us.  The house painters were incredibly thorough in their prep work, & their attention to detail resulted in an excellent, high-quality paint job.  Damien & his company prioritized the roof for us, as water was leaking into our living room every time it rained, & we had a new roof within days.  We are delighted with the work they did on our sun-porch, working within our limited budget to provide the most usability for what we were able to spend.  They were responsive every time we called, & accomodated all our requests.  We can't say enough about how easy they were to work with, or how pleased we are with the work they did for us.  We'd recommend them without reservation, & will absolutely use them again.

"He was very quick to respond to my calls, and once we decided we'd like him to come out to our house for an estimate he was out to our house the next morning (he conveniently had another client meeting in the area). He seemed knowledgeable and provided insight into what finishing my basement would entail. One particularly important thing he noticed is that the ceiling height in some areas of the basement were a couple inches shy of being "up to code." I was glad he was looking out for potential issues already - it shows his ability to plan ahead and account for possible road blocks.  Aside from that, his prices seemed very reasonable! If, or rather  when, I begin doing my basement remodel (which will now likely not be until next summer) I will definitely be keeping Vitaly in mind for the job.
