"The work wasn't done. There were specific problems in each room and on the stairs. Mr. Spiess told me he could try to get the stains out but he was fairly certain they could not be removed (stain from previous cleaning (not him) and putting furniture back too soon and other reasons). I really appreciated his honesty. He could have done it and collected the money, but chose to be honest. That's a great quality and not often found in the service industry. I will definitely call him again."

"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

They put everything away that I asked into my china cabinet. They cleaned all the windows in the inside and cleaned the windows on my display cabinets. My house just sparkles now."

"It turned out very good. He did a wonderful job. The price that they quoted was the price that I had to pay. There were some stains and he said there would be an extra charge for that and he told me right upfront what that would be. He did a good job of getting the stains out on the floors. He was friendly and I would definitely do service with him again."

"Due to a family emergency, my husband and I decided to sell our house this year. We asked Justin to come over and walk through the house with us and give his opinion on things that should be done before putting it up for sale. He gave us a reasonable quote, and let us decide what we wanted him to do, and what we thought we could tackle ourselves. He knew our goal, and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied. Justin and his crew painted the main living areas of the inside of the house (walls and ceiling), remodeled the main floor bathroom, fixed and repainted some siding around the house, and poured a cement apron and re-sealed the driveway. He was always in contact with us on the progress of the projects (as we had already moved out). If we had questions or concerns, he would respond quickly. As many times as we contacted him, he was always very nice and professional."

"Gave a list of things I wanted done - wash kitchen cabinets, clean light fixtures, dust tops of doors and baseboards; none of which were completed. Basics were done, bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed and washed. Tops of dressers were dusted, but the fronts were not. Did not do shelves in bathrooms. She was here for a total of three hours......pretty expensive cleaning! She did clean the oven which was included in the deal and did wash inside windows. I would not have been happy with the job had I paid what a normal cleaning would cost. She didn't even go in one of the bedrooms (too be fair it is an exercise room loaded with equipment, but it could have been dusted and vacuumed."
