"Not very well. It's been 2yrs. (since I brought them my project) I've tried calling (dozens of times). Their voicemail always says: "mailbox-full!" (I'm unable to leave message)! I went to their store in-person (2 months ago). I got the "brush-off!" He said: "leave a note for his wife." I did, but still-haven't gotten call from her/them! Their Voicemail is still broke! (& they're still holding my 4-antique balusters hostage)! Do I call Attorney General, at this point?"
