Incredibly expensive. Looking for another provider.

It went very well and the pieces from both jobs remain in great condition. It's been many years since this work was performed, but I would still check with them if I had another project arise.

They did a lovely job. They came out just perfect just as we expected. We took the chairs there. The workers were very nice and everything was a great experience. I don't know about the price because I don't have anything to compare it to. I'm sure that the price was competitive.

They are not really the go to guys for upholstry. I had more work that could have been done but they weren't interested.

They came and picked up our table. They did inform me as to when they would get the work completed. They also had to do some repair work, as there were some burn marks on it because of the fire. They did a fabulous job. It’s an antique oak table from 1910. We did not pay out-of-pocket for refinishing the table, as my insurance company took care of the charges. The table looks beautiful now. They used the stain that we got from the furniture shop from where we bought the chairs, so that everything would be of the same color. The only thing that bothered me was that, they didn’t allow us to have the table until the insurance company paid them for the work that was done. It took a month before we got the table home. I will use them again, if needed.

Good. The rocking piece on the right side broke off from the chair with the dowel inside the broken piece. The dowel was removed and the leg was attached back to the rocking piece.

Fast to schedule pick-up and very careful with a delicate piece of furniture with a curved glass piece that cannot be replaced. Equally careful returning it. Cost for pick-up and delivery $35 each way. I was in no hurry to get it back, so did not ask for a rush. Completed within a reasonable amount of time.

They seemed to know what they were doing. I thought the price was a little high, but I didn't compare with other places. They did a really nice job. The process took them about two weeks. It was a nice place to go. They called when the job was done.

They are the absolute top! I have used them a dozen times to restore and repair old furniture. They came to my house to pick things up. If something is not right and will pick it up again until I am satisfied. They will not charge me more for that. They restored a seven piece bedroom set, dining room table, and two other tables. They are great!
