The two cleaners were very professional, quick and did a great job with the carpet. I have pets, so the carpets needed a good cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company and am thinking about hiring them to clean some furniture.

They called ahead to say they would be 30 minutes late. They showed up within the 30 minutes. They were so friendly, fast, and professional. They did a great job.

It went well. There was one room that still had a few spots/stains, and when I contacted them afterward regarding these, they came and worked on the spots at no charge.

Efficient and they did a great job. It is the second time they have done our carpets. They cleaned for us last year as well.

Not bad. I didn't expect miracles. But I was confused when the worker told me that he could get the stains out if we had them back. He said they would apply heat to lift the stains. Why didn't that happen on this visit, then?

From the first call Paula always answered my calls. She was very friendly and professional. I was thrilled to learn they do high-rises and don't charge hidden fee's for high-rises. The appointment was scheduled and they arrived a few days later. They were quick and very thorough. We had an old stain that we thought was a lost cause but they were able to get it out! We were thrilled!!  The carpet was so clean and fluffy after they left it was like brand new! The prices were so reasonable that we look forward to seeing Paula and Eric every year for the rest of our lives!

NatureWise Chem-Dry came to clean our carpets that hadn't been cleaned for about three years. I very much like that they use non-toxic cleaning solution and very little water. We had several stains, mainly because of pet accidents, and they all came out. Very professional, very courteous, great experience overall. Definitely would recommend.

I've used this company several times and have referred others to them. Paula and Eric are wonderful to work with. They are down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The two staircases look great and the rest of the cleaned areas smell fresh and clean. They worked in the later afternoon and everything was nearly dry afterwards and was totally dry by morning.

The areas that I had them pretreat that had cat pee worked well.  The rest was just meh.  Didn't really look, smell or feel any cleaner. The staff was friendly and great.
