"This crew worked on the yard at the duplex I'm renting and they truly went above and beyond in providing customer service. In fact, they made up for my landlord's utter lack of communication by being incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful. They let me know when different parts of the job would be taking place, gave me buckets to move my own plants with, checked to see if they were in the way, helped me move my lawn furniture, and clearly cared far more for the presentation of the yard and the care for residents than the landlords even do. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking authentic, honest, and kind workers who let you know what's going on!"

"This has been the worst experience. We clearly should have heeded the warnings of others that Mark was arrogant, pompous, non-responsive and the plants/trees/shrubs failed. We too had plans of doing an entire yard renovation starting with new landscaping in the back. Mark was clearly put out that we wanted to do the project in phases. We now realize we were a small project to him though it was a big expense to us. Like others, we were happy with the initial project. When plants/shrubs/trees failed, we called about replacements covered under warranty…and called..and called…and stopped in the office. When they finally sent someone- only limited items were replaced. We were not sure what things were called as the design plan has no names on it! We are in year 3 and continue to watch things die even though we have a sprinkler system so watering is not this issue. Beyond disappointed and would not recommend! As our voicemails have said, we would still welcome a return phone call."

"Cornell was hired to remove, rebuild and reline our chimney. We paid him his down payment , soon after he requested $4500 more to order the liner. He erected scaffold to complete the job, which ended up falling causing damage to our roof along with damage caused from dropping bricks on the roof. 4 months went by with little to no progress. Finally we received notice from his insurance company that he was dropped because of lack of payment. We were forced to higher a new chimney company to complete the job. At that point we found out Cornell had never ordered the liner that we paid for. We asked to have the $4500 returned but never received a response. I would highly recommend not allowing Cornell anywhere near anyone's roof. He is careless and unreliable."

"Chris and his team were really great to work with. Professional. Good communication from start to finish. Everything was on time. We would definitely work with him again. We are very satisfied with the final result. He was also very reasonably priced. We got three quotes for our job. One came back at 3 times as much as Chris's quote, and the other was almost double. They paid attention to details like taking care to not ruin the yard as they accessed our job site from the road and cleaning up everything when they were done. We can't say enough good things about Chris and his team."
