Westy inc The entire process was very professional. They recieved the parts in a timely manor and scheduled the repairs right away. They were very flexible with my schedule. While doing the repairs they were very conscious of cleanliness. The repair man was very knowledgeable and informative.
Connors Plumbing & Heating IncHe got everything out of bottom freezer, put it in the sink and on a towel on the counter and went to work on cleaning the freezer drain. He cleaned up the floor area where he was working when done and put frozen items back in freezer.
I was not home when he serviced my unit. My wife was. He came to the door and then went right to work. The unit is outside. He had to come in a couple of times to check on the unit in the basement. He finished in a timely manner. I would recommend A to Z for all your appliance repair needs.
