AVOID THIS COMPANY! DISASTROUS experience. They required upfront payment. After months of not completing the work, or returning my money, I had to file a claim with the Attorney General. If this has happened to you, I recommend doing the same. It's an easy online process.

An absolutely awful company at every level. Every single person I dealt with was totally incompetent. I dealt with Kaylee initially, and she was all too happy to come to my house to collect payment, and then afterwards she would never answer her phone or return my messages. After the mitigation process which went fine, I was assigned Jeff to manage my restoration process. Talking to Jeff on the phone is like listening to Mr. Rooney's secretary trying to pretend to be Mr. Rooney when she's on the phone with Ferris's best friend Cameron in Ferris Bueller's Day off. Jeff is constantly fumbling with papers and generally has no idea what's going on. I asked for a new project manager and was assigned to Rodrigo. Rodrigo seemed competent but after he was unable to find replacement tile for my bathroom that Anytime's mitigation team LOST, he eventually just quit returning my calls and texts. Almost a YEAR LATER, and my bathroom is STILL NOT FULLY RESTORED.

Dishonest. Fraudulent. Stay away. They charged my insurance for things they did not do. They put a contract in front of you before starting. Likely a contract of duress but I didn't have resources to find out in a court. I paid their 30 percent cancellation just to get away from them.

XXXX If they committed insurance fraud, stole, broke things, exposed you to asbestos and other cancer causing agents- please email XXXX They wonâ t provide any of the documents insurance needs. This company is dangerous.
