They were so understanding, so professional, and so considerate of my time. The repeatedly accommodated my need to access various areas of the house in the midst of their work. We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. But you have to wait months months before you get a decision and by that you already paid to have it removed. The other companies I receive quotes from charged an arm and a leg. They were clearly hiking up the price and then advertising the grant refund. Even if I would have hired them and received the grant refund, they still would have been ungodly expensive.
