"Very well, it was a complicated installation with the existing fireplace having to be cut out with a torch and with both natural gas and electric lines run to the fireplace. Everything got done on time and looks exactly as advertised despite the additional subcontractors required to do the job."

"We have Frontpoint at two houses. We had been looking for ways to cut our monthly expenses (Frontpoint is approx. $100 per month total), so I called them to find out what I could do. They informed me that I was under contract for another year, and that I cannot get out of the contract without an early termination fee that is equal to the cost of the service. I'm a little disappointed, because the upfront cost of the system was very expensive ($1,000+) for each house, so it seems odd that I would get sucked into this contract. Nevertheless, I forgot that I signed up for this with them. My calendar is marked for the day that my service ends, and I will be switching to a company that charges about half of what they do. They have OK customer service and are very responsive, but the wireless system had some issues with reception in my house due to a fireplace, and then they didn't want to work with me to get that resolved. They're OK, but I can't really recommend them."

"They removed the asbestos tile in the basement and the glue underneath it. They sealed everything up, about 600 sq. feet of tile. It took about a day and a half to complete the project. I have no complaints with it at all. They were quick, prompt, and pleasant to deal with."

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"*ORIGINAL POST* Overall we were pleased with the work and the workmen. The removal of the old electrical post in front was a nasty job and was probably more time-consuming than they anticipated. The addition of the exterior outlets was easily accomodated and they spent the time to get them in exactly the right place, which was appreciated. We were especially pleased with the porch re-screening - it's tight and hardly seems to be there now. Our only negative was that some of the painting was just a bit sloppy. The days they were out were very, very hot but they got everything done in a timely manner.
*FOLLOW UP* After about 10-11 months we noticed that the screen on the porch was coming loose, allowing bugs in. We started to call them and they stated that they would get us on the schedule to have someone come out and look at it. This happened several times but we never saw a repair person come out, nor did they call us back. I change my rating to a huge failure - an F - due to the lack of responsiveness, the poor quality of the work and the poor customer service."
