I called Thursday afternoon for a quote, received one, and the plumber came Friday morning at the scheduled time. The quote and the actual cost were surprisingly within $25. The plumber worked all morning he removed the toilet and started snaking the pipes. He removed the roots and found everything else that was clogging the toilet. He then replaced the wax ring and put the toilet back in place. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was finished
- Collins Plumbing CoI called for service on Monday morning. Pat returned my call on Monday evening and arranged for a service call on Tuesday morning. He was on time and experienced at the job he was intending to do. He removed the water heater anode and replaced the cap. We discussed options for correcting the problem. He looked over my well control unit and water softener also. He was concerned that the well mate may be bad. He added some compressed air to the well mate and decided that the unit was alright. He seemed concerned about doing the job quickly and cleanly. I was impressed with his professionalism. The cost was reasonable and the problem was solved. I was pleased with his work
- Wencl PlumbingWe called early that morning, and they said they would have techs out to look at it by 1:00, and they were here by 12:30. We explained the issues we were having, that it was not heating the water at all, and that the unit was extremely old. They asked us to follow them downstairs while they inspected the unit. They throughly explained what they were looking for and how it made the unit run. Upon inspection, they explained the age of the unit, and that at its age it was not only dead, but using so much energy that it was not even worth repairing. They explained the different options we had, like a similar tank with different gallon sizes, the energy they used and if it would be the right fit for how much water we used. They also explained the pros and cons of the tankless water heaters, and that they had mixed reviews on how others liked them. It was their recommendation that with the mixed reviews on tankless water heaters, they would suggest a 60 gallon waterheater. They placed the order, and were here the next day, at the time they said they would be, to install the unit. They were very respectful of the flooring upstairs, and made sure to answer any questions we had during installation about the unit. The only poor thing I could say is that they did not clean up the sediment that was left on the floor, leaving me to clean up the mess

"The plumbing work was exceptional. They were professional, punctual and honest. We recommend them for plumbing services without reservations. The Septic System inspection was fairly disappointing. We had three contractors examine our system. Wagners was the only company to charge us for the inspection and yet they did nothing. We hired a different contractor for that project. Since they really did nothing, we cannot comment on their Septic System work.

"I dealt with Natalie setting up the move. She was both professional and friendly. I told her my needs and she worked with me. My contact with her was always pleasant and she was helpful. Natalie made sure everything was what I wanted and more importantly needed. Josh handled the entire move. He is very professional, friendly and excellent at his job. Josh displayed a caring and compassion in handling our items being moved. He took care of our things like they were his own. Some items had to be boxed by him because of their odd sizes/shapes. Josh and the gentleman helping him took care in wrapping the items and making boxes for the items to fit. They did it with such ease we couldn't help but be in awe and knew we had made the correct choice in hiring Delta Van Lines. Any anxiety we had about the move was calmed by watching how they handled our items. When our items arrived in DC, Josh displayed the same caring, friendliness and professionalism that he had shown in Florida. Everything arrived exactly when Josh said it would. Nothing was missing and it all arrived in perfect condition. They both turned what could have been an extremely stressful event into one of trust and confidence. I would definitely hire them again and have already told a few friends about them. I can't stress enough how wonderful Josh was during this entire experience. I am so grateful how he conducted himself and took care of our items like they were his own.
