"Our three large cotton rugs were picked up by Pace Pro on Thursday, July 10th, 2025. Prior to scheduling the pickup, Kris told my wife that he would be able to clean them and have them returned to our home in one week. That week came and went. Eventually, my wife called and texted Kris to find out when the new expected completion date was. He read several of her messages without responding. When he did finally respond, he stated that he had torn a ligament in his back and was unable to work on our rugs. That's an unfortunate circumstance, and we were understanding that things may take a little longer. However, by July 31st, we had still not heard any update on our rugs. At this point our rugs had been gone for 3 weeks. I called, but there was no answer, so I left a message. On August 4th, Kris called back in the morning, but I missed his call. He left a message reiterating that he had hurt his back, and he stated that his back was feeling better and he expected he would be able to get the rugs cleaned by the end of the week. That week came and went. I called twice on August 12th, but he did not answer. I called again on August 13th, and still no answer. When I tried again on August 19th, I received no answer, and my calls are forwarded directly to voicemail. August 21st, I called, and it went straight to voicemail, so I sent an email asking for the prompt return of our rugs. I have still not had a response to that email. I am leaving this review as a last resort. We just want our rugs back. This is the worst service we've ever received from any home service company. Even if somebody is injured, the total lack of communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Are our rugs lost? Have they been damaged? Have you stolen them? Please just answer us, so we can move on from this ordeal."

"I am very pleased to recommend Ohana Clean LLC for carpet cleaning! Last year, Ohana cleaned our carpets (3 rooms and stairs) and I was more pleased than I ever had been with a cleaning company. I needed cleaning again (kind of an afterthought while thinking ahead to a party we’re hosting Sunday) so I tried to find their contact info. But it was to no avail. So I reached out on another company’s site asking for an appointment and quote. Then I stumbled across my business card for Ohana and had them back out today. "I would hire Alex again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. Courteous, highly skilled, great communication, fair price, and works HARD until the job is done -- and done to his very high standards. Alex and his brother dove in with a great attitude even to our brutal, nasty, old-house-bathroom demo that had to go down to the studs. They started on a Saturday and worked straight through the following weekend to get us back in our bathroom as soon as possible. He called us in regularly to consult on key decisions, and his design instincts are great. Along with being a top-notch tile setter (lasers, wet saw -- the tech you want to see) he has the requisite carpentry and core plumbing skills that can come up on a tile job, including built-in niches with proper structural support, and raising the entire floor so the floor tile met the hallway floor perfectly. He did the entire wainscot in Durarock (not everyone would!) and the rest in mold-resistent sheetrock. When he wasn't sure he could get the mudding meeting our old ceiling as perfect as he wanted, he subbed out at no extra cost to me to a friend who is an expert (and who also was terrific to work with). There are no cut corners (except for the perfectly mitred ones Vlad can achieve with the wet saw!). Our bathroom is gorgeous, the work was prompt, and Alex and his small crew were a pleasure to welcome into our home."
