Late notice meant I could not be home, but the arborist reassured me by speaking with me on the phone. The tree pruning was smart and sensitive. When I expressed some disappointment with underprunung on a big shrub, the arborist arranged to come back to fix it the following week. Super responsive, willing to explain recommendations."

I will be honest and say I stumbled across him after spending hours on the internet & phone speaking with very well known companies, but with also very rude customer service! After an exhausting day of getting no where, Dayton had replied to one of my many online quotes for tree removal I had requested and he came out the very next day! He was polite, he was punctual, he had great communication and the work he provided was beyond excellent! I also canâ t say enough about the meticulous cleanup job that he did. I was concerned there was going to be quite a mess because we do have a dog, but he did AMAZING!! He also recommended some trees we could plant in the spring, so we are also going to have him come back out to help us plant more trees to replace the ones he had to take down."
