In the fall and winter months they provide roof maintenance, roof snow removal, ice dam melting and gutter cleaning. They are licensed and insured in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Currently they are members of National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders of Fargo-Moorhead, North Dakota Association of Builders and the owner has earned the (CGR) Certified Graduate Remodeler designation in 2013, (CAPS) Certified Aging in Place Specialist in 2014, (CGP) Certified Green Professional in 2015, (CGB) Certified Graduate Builder in 2015, certified as an "Elite" roofing company with CertainTeed as a SELECT ShingleMaster which is the highest designation of roofers.
