Service was prompt and done very well, with before and after pics of our ducts!! What a difference. "After a Coit truck left my driveway following some upholstery cleaning, I found an oil spot on my pavers where the truck had been parked. I called and was told that they could easily remove the spot and would come back to do this at the end of the week. No one showed up or called with an update. This was at the end of April. It is now near the end of June. I have called them at least 6 or 7 times to find out if they would come to remove it. During that period I think they have come either 2 or 3 times to work on this spot which was supposedly easy to remove. I always had to call them since they never left a note or called to say they had been here. The last time they were here was 5 or 6 days ago. The spot is certainly less visible, but it’s still there despite their assurances that it was totally gone. Will not use Coit again. Ever."

"very poor work quality, I had to have them come back 3 times after the initial installation to repair damages and fix the shoddy workmanship to get the roof right and it still hasn't passed Inspection. On top of that on three other occasions they were scheduled to be there and they just didnt show up at all. They left trash in my yard and in my driveway causing a flat tire on my car due to nails left all over the driveway. I even found missing shingles on a newly installed roof, how does that happen? I also found out after the fact they were TWICE as expensive as their competitors. I called 3 different contractors after getting their final bill and found this out. Twice the price for shoddy work? I'm just glad I was able to get up on the roof and check the quality of the work and demand they corrected it. My recommendation, hire someone else. There are so many other capable company's out there. You dont need to waste your time with this one. It's not worth it."

"Dust busters were absolutely amazing! We had never had the ducts cleaned since we moved in in 2913 and who knows if the previous owners had. They were prompt, professional and did a great good on our really really bad ducts and dryer vent. Then they recommended a look at the refrigerator coils and those were pretty bad too. So glad we got this done. They had a great coupon deal on Bbay and were less than half the cost of other companies I called in the area."

These seasons offer moderate weather conditions, making it easier to access the exterior vent and work on the dryer without the extreme heat of summer or cold of winter. However, the timing can also depend on your usage patterns. If you use your dryer heavily year-round, consider scheduling cleanings more frequently, perhaps every six months, to prevent lint buildup and reduce fire risks. Ultimately, there is no wrong time of year to prioritize safety.

Dryers pull in air from a circular opening in the back of the dryer. The dryer's heating element heats the air, and a blower fan circulates the hot air through the drum. The hot air travels outside the dryer through a vent or is cooled by a heat exchanger that condenses the steam into water and sends it down a drainpipe or to a containment compartment.
