Inspected and cleaned our chimney, and cleaned our dryer vent. Everything was excellent. Very knowledgeable. My only 'complaint' (if you want to call it that) is that we had sent a couple emails that went unanswered. Called and left a voicemail and heard back within an hour, and received service the next day. So if you want to get ahold of them - calling is your best option!

CJ was punctual and very friendly. He checked the chimney and said it looked clean. He charged only a service call fee. He spent extra time with us to give helpful hints about which products were best to keep out chimney clean and which kinds of wood to burn and for how long. I would contact CJ again for future chimney/fireplace or dryer vent cleaning.

Great communications with his customers. I appreciate this very much in a service provider. Very capable, efficient and neat service provider. Cost was $200.00 plus mileage of $1.00/mile round trip.
