"From the moment they confirmed my appointment, to the time they left my house smiling and wishing me well, the gentlemen from Randy's Electric proved that they are the ONLY electrical service that I will ever need! Their estimated arrival time was between 10:00 am and 12 noon. Fortunately, I did not have to put my life on hold for 2 hours to wait for them. Shortly before 10:00 am, Jeremy called to let me know that they were in my neighborhood. He gave me an accurate arrival time. Wonderful! Even though I consider myself a messy housekeeper, both Jeremy and JD treated me with friendly respect. They left absolutely no junk behind! I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."

I brought them in to work on furnace/AC unit/split AC unit servicing garage (based on a promotional price for the first two). It was found my split unit needed a recharge for coolant and I was told that it'd only be 5 lbs of coolant and that this would be priced by the pound (which was reasonable). The bill came and they tacked on a flat charge of $219 for the coolant (this is in addition to the $129 charge to look over the split unit). I felt baited-and-switched. I also contacted them about this, and the answer came down to "This is additional profit for us added onto your bill." Not pleased. At all. Particularly since the coolant in question costs approximately $6 per pound and they only used 5 lbs (one would assume that the $129 charge built in enough profit for labor/licenses/equipment due to the limited time spent working on the split unit. Apparently not). Comfort By Design does excellent work, and they do stand by their work, but just be VERY CAREFUL in finding out what they're going to charge you, particularly if something extra comes up when they're doing a job."
