He inspected the flue and the outside assembly. He took before and after pictures of everything. He showed me his findings through every step of the process. Within an hour after he left he sent me an estimate for the replacement cost of the stove pipe cap. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and fast. I was so impressed!"

"Removing the old gas insert and installing the new one was a two day affair. There was one minor hiccup with replacing the mortar (the worker went AWOL for a few hours), but throughout it all the workers from Fireside Hearth and Home were friendly and professional.
The only other snag was that they missed a hole in the wall where the old gas line came into the house. It was partially hidden by our landscaping, and we didn't notice until after the workers left. Our sales rep came out that night and patched the hole personally which was outstanding.
