I made my choice of going with a full maintenance which was very reasonable and he immediately began working on the problem and resolved in an hour remotely. He noted if they found there was a need for different virus software he would let us know. He provided recommendations on software we had that was not needed and may cause problems and gave some good general tips. He deleted the unnecessary software and noted that the Windows operating software now has these features built in. He did not feel we needed to purchase any different virus software. Upon arrival, Mr. Solberg appeared visibly displeased and offered minimal acknowledgment. I specifically requested installation at the roof peak to avoid obstructions. He dismissed this as a common misconception among non-technical individuals and insisted on placing the equipment at the side corner of the house. Since installation, I have experienced persistent WiFi connectivity issues. Diagnostic tools confirm signal obstruction caused by the adjacent roof peak. Multiple attempts to contact Mr. Solberg regarding relocation have gone unanswered. I strongly advise against retaining GeoSync Communication or Sam Solberg for any technical installation services. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"
