Liberte Construction provided everything we needed efficiently, professionally, and timely. From the initial free inspection to the finished products, working with this company was a great experience. We would highly recommend them for roof replacement projects!

They did a great job, they took care of all the negotiation with the insurance. I like that they are a local company and they were very professional and they did the roof on time.

With the three houses I’ve owned, I’ve had to replace the roofs 5 times and the siding 3 times. I used Liberte Construction to replace the roof twice and now the siding on my current home. I can say they are by far the best contractor I’ve ever used! They are honest and trustworthy, they followed through on everything they said. They did a great job working with our insurance company and made the process very easy. They also have great craftsmanship, I was very impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend Liberte Construction and will use them again!

Recently had my roof replaced and I must say the customer service from beginning to end was fantastic. Worked with Dane last summer at which point I was initially denied by insurance however Dane was confident in his inspection and put in the extra work working with my insurance to team to ensure as a consumer I got what I paid for. He always made sure I knew what was going on in the process and educated me on topics that I otherwise would not have known being I have never had a roof replaced. My roof replacement was scheduled within 2 days , & completed in a week. Would highly recommend.

We had an inspection done prior to the closing on the sale.ofmour house. They got.out quickly and did the inspection. Once it was figured out we needed a new roof, they coordinated with us, the buyer and the insurance company to get the job done quickly and professionally. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof repairwd or replaced.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting a new roof installed on my house. Liberte handled every aspect of the process in a very professional and respectful manner. They are my go to contractors from here on out. A+ in my book!

Dave did a great job working with my insurance company. He was very thorough with the initial inspection to make sure all necessary repairs were included in the claim. He personally met with the adjuster to make sure everyone was on the same page. Roof was completed in a timely manner, team did a great job with cleaning up. Dane is now working with me to complete a siding replacement. He came out on a weekend (for my convenience) to answer all my questions. He also reached out to my insurance adjuster to make sure claim is fully understood.

Horrible! Liberte Construction did not finish the job, I had to get another Contracting company to finish the roof, and they still wanted full payment. They left nails, flashing, and parts of my roof all around the house and on top of the house, they a damaged my sump pump drain, never replaced it. I cleaned up the mess and fix the s/p, I spent over three months trying to deal with them to get things handled to no avail, I prayed about it, and let it go!

I have nothing but good things to say. Communication was great when snow delayed work. When the crew arrived, they were considerate and efficient. They asked questions to confirm my requests and answered all of my questions. They finished a large project in a day and a half and the company's supervisors reviewed the work to assure all was done according to their standards. The final roof looks very nice. Casey (field sales) was great to work with and was complimented by my insurance agent for his attitude and demeanor. (I was surprised). Thanks for a job well done.

Normally I do not write reviews, but this company was so awful I had to warn others. Liberte came out to assess our roof and determined there was damage. They do not give quotes and make it impossible to use anyone else/get your money back even when they do not hold up their end of the deal. The only thing they were good at was taking our money. They are all fast talking with the inability to do what they say. Money is all they care about and squeezing every penny out of the insurance company that they can.

Great! Dave and his crews were amazing. The storm that blew through completely destroyed our house and he fought with the insurance companies to make sure we got what we deserved. Our house was completed beautifully. The crews were polite and cleaned up everything (which was a concern with smaller children who loved to run and play in the yard). I would definitely use again.

Company delivered as promised, getting insurance to cover a full roof replacement. Communication, punctuality and follow up we're severely lacking.

They're amazing!! Quick friendly and professional. Everything looks great and I'm confident that it'll last a long long time.

Interview was as expected, informed of expectations. met with Liberte representative (Nolan), was very nice, and professional! Explained pros, and cons of each solution, but wasn't pushy to the most expensive product. Offered suggestions, and backed up the suggestions with data. Nolan met with our adjuster and helped us every bit of the way with justification and documentation to the insurance company.
On day of work, workers arrived on time, and ready to work. (materials and dumpster arrived the night prior) - Roof was stripped by noon by a 4 man crew, and new roof was on by 4PM. Workers spent another 2 hours cleaning up the year, and picking up all the materials/nails. (We did find a few additional nails, but not many) - The following day, another manager came to inspect, and insure everything looked OK. (He resolved 1 minor issue, where the installer failed to trim a shingle from the edge) Performed another sweep for nails and materials.
All in all, the experience was well above our expectation. Price is very competitive, and materials are well above builder-grade quality.  (We choose the upgraded underlayment, and architectural shingles) 
Everyone we worked with was extremely nice, and willing to work with us, and were very flexible to our needs and schedule.. 

They came in bright and early, had the roof completely removed by lunch. They worked hard, they were thorough, and had the place cleaned up well before I came home from work.

Estimated, brought insurance company, work my insurance. Finished job first then compared to other companies working for our neighbors.

It went great, start to finish, with shingle selection, budget analysis, crew scheduling, clean-up. We're very happy with the service. Liberte Construction is a quality contractor!

The bidding process was good.  They worked with this insurance company and met with them as necessary for approval.  Work was completed timely and professionally would use again.  The siding repair was very good.

Owner was inspecting job near our home and noticed the extensive damage. explained in detail the steps we needed to take to file a claim. Then scheduled a walk through with inspector. He made sure we received the best from our insurance company. The crew was polite and courteous, and punctual.

Great customer service. Took the time to make sure all was done right. The job site was left just as it was found.
