I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area.
