"The only thing I was dissappointed in was that the deck has a rough finish, but I suspect that was due to the previous sealing that was done by someone who wasn't experienced (family friend).  This guy said they could buff it next time, so that's OK.
They were very responsive to a spot that appeared to not have taken the stain as well as the rest of the deck surface; they came back right away and resolved that."

I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. "Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at.
