"The only thing I was dissappointed in was that the deck has a rough finish, but I suspect that was due to the previous sealing that was done by someone who wasn't experienced (family friend).  This guy said they could buff it next time, so that's OK.
They were very responsive to a spot that appeared to not have taken the stain as well as the rest of the deck surface; they came back right away and resolved that."

"I had spoken with the owner in June to get an estimate, then the June 21st storm hit so I knew they would be really busy and my job wasn't that urgent.  When I called again this week, he indicated it would be a week before they could come out.  Thursday morning I got a call telling me they would have a crew in my area and could take care of the work that day.  The crew showed up about 4pm and were completely done by 5:40pm.  The trees look so much better.  They are off the house.  They cleaned up everything, including all of the branches that we had piled up next to the house.
