Mike's Maintenance

Mike initially started out well. He showed up and offered a reasonable price. He indicated the deck did not need to be sanded, that he could just do the stain. He began to do the work but then put us off for other reasons. The deck was not done the first summer, so he tried to make it right and came back the following summer. It still has not been done well. I asked him to do it well as I paid in full. He then began to state the deck was in bad shape (I have proof he stated it was okay initially) and needed to be replaced/sanded. Though he did attempt, he still failed to complete the work in my opinion. I asked for a refund at which time he refused to respond further. So, he took our money and ran. I have to pay a new person to do the job I paid this man to do.

Mike did a terrific job building our new deck. Prompt service, great communication and quality work. I would hire Mike again for any project in his carpentry world.
