"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. "Nice people, kept me informed and I could tell they knew what they were doing, this wasn’t their first rodeo. Only complaint was despite having a Bobcat on site all day, they never used it to smooth over the dig site and push the unearthed rocks to the side. I’ve been working on that ever since."

"We could not be happier with the outcome of this project! Keenan and his team saved us from a DIY project that we bit off more than we could chew. He came out and gave us a quote less than 24 hours after reaching out to him and was able to get started on the project the following weekend. He was willing to work with the materials we had already purchased saving us the headache of returning everything. When we ran into issues with our pavers he took it upon himself to remedy the issue with the home improvement store the materials were purchased through. Again, going above and beyond what was agreed upon. He was upfront with cost changes as the project progressed and was cognizant on where he could save us money.
