"My husband and I were getting all new windows and doors in the house and adding a window in the bathroom where there was not a window to begin with. The entire process from start to finish was amazing and they made it very simple for us. I cannot believe how quickly they got the windows and doors in our house and how efficient they were. The windows look absolutely fantastic and the front door is gorgeous! I can’t believe what a difference all these windows have made in our home, I can feel the difference in temperature in our home already. Thank you so much to the entire staff of Heritage Window and Door /Renewal by Andersen. The entire team goes above and beyond to make everything perfect – Thank You So Much"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"D&J Garage Door was excellent, fast, and efficient. Kudos."

"They replaced a rotten window sill.  It went well, the weather turned bad and they had to return later to finish the painting.  I was out of town then but they finished the job."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
