DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!. House is not level, three of five doors will not close because center of house is to high now, three rooms have wall cracks all over. Ran over my septic alarm box and destroyed it. Damaged two screens. Damaged gutters on both sides of house, soffit and fascia on one side with backhoe. Sent me final invoice and when I questioned about issues was told contract was filled and mechanical lean was put on the house the same day I got the invoice. I have contacted the Attorney General. I will contact an attorney, probably have to pay and then take Trinity to court for repair money. What a joke this guy is.

I want this to be known..... Read every review they have, the company has only responded to negative reviews and it stopped after 2015. Their response is always defensive, as if they do great work. But I would never hire this company again or refer them to my greatest enemy. The only pictures on these reviews are of unhappy customers. I challenge the people with "A" reviews to repost your work you had done with Trinity over the last few years to show what a scam this company is. I regret ever posting a good review for Jeff when he told me that his company was number one on agies list. He gave me a great deal on our project because he, quote, unquote, said " a million dollars has already went to my bank account this year, I have left over material to use and can give you this great price." He quoted me $4500 and all the competitors were average $8000 so of course I took the deal. I felt so guilty infact that I told him I will not pay less than $5000 and wrote him a check for more than what he wanted. Please, please please, stop calling Trinity for estimates, waste of money and time....

I thought was great, until 5 months later. Read my previous review. And tonight I noticed, because even more is chipping away and cracking, what I believe is chunks of rubber, mixed in with the concrete. Is this normal??? Maybe I don't know enough about "mud" to write this poor review....

Jeff was nice, conveniently contacted me through text and gave me a great deal, however I would have paid more for higher quality workmanship and material. We had our driveway done Sept 2016 and Feb 2017 it was cracking already. Maybe I should have asked more questions about the worker yelling out " this mud is ****" but I didn't think that when I called in February that I was going to be ignored and waste my time trying to reach out multiple times. When I finally got a call back they said they could seal it in the summer. As I waited months the cracked worsened and go figure, never a call back after calling again and again and again to have my brand new $5000 driveway sealed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else.

Very prompt and got a good deal. BUT a worker screamed out that the "mud was ****" and I now know what he was talking about. It was done Sept 2016 Andy Feb 2017 it was cracked. I called several times with no response back. Would not recommend to any family or friends!

Not well. All of the concrete heaved ruining my garage entry. Can't open the man door at all. Sidewalks all slant towards the foundation, we had asked specifically that they should drain away from the house. The first winter when every thing bad.we called them and they said there was nothing they could do and it would settle down. Come last summer it did . This winter it heaved again but much higher.

The workers arrived as promised. The crew was respectful and professional and worked on the project until it was complete. They took time out to answer questions I had. The crew was conscientious and cleaned up as they went along with the work. The work was high quality.

I wrote a positive review of the company, but we have now experienced some problems. The sidewalk completely cracked in two places about 6 months after the project was completed. The contract from Trinity stated that expansion joints would be used, but the sidewalk has none. We have been trying to schedule an appointment with Jeff since April (it is now August) to discuss this problem and what Trinity will do to fix it. We had some landscaping work done after the sidewalk and staircase were poured, but we have held off from further landscaping as we have been waiting for this to be resolved. After many phone calls and discussions with Cassandra, we have not been contacted by Jeff. He does not answer his cell phone. This company is very poor at customer service and followup with customers.

I usually do not write reviews but when it comes to Trinity they deserve one. As with many others, when looking for someone to do your concrete work, you call and call to get someone who will actually call back which are one or two out of a dozen. In my case, I had lined someone up in January (friend of a friend) and he said I would be number one in the spring. Well I was not number one (number 8 or 9 actually) so that person was fired.

Enter TRINITY! I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Cassandra and she set up an appointment for Tuesday at 11am since they were working in the area. Come Tuesday Jeff was actually early and patiently waiting. We went over the project and came to terms on a price all within 15 minutes tops. Wednesday afternoon they were already prepping with a simple contract drawn up but straight forward, Thursday forms are set and Friday its all over except for a few small items.

I guess what I am trying to say is Jeff is a man of his word and still has the mentality that a handshake means something. He is a business owner like myself and understands that a customer is everything and it shows with his energy and passion for what he does. I told him he would be an excellent spokesman for selling "Kaboom" or the "Ding King" and I mean that in it's most sincere form, his energy is amazing. Chris was the project manager at my site and was incredibly helpful and informative as things progressed. You can tell the crew gets along and take things serious but still know how to make it fun.

If you are seriously looking for someone, do not hesitate for even a second to call Trinity. I will tell anyone I know looking to look no further.

Again, thank you Jeff, you were a lifesaver.

.My home was damaged by the arson of a home next to mine leaving me with only 3 interior walls.  I have been dealing for the last 11 months with reconstruction and unfortunately poor workmanship with a questionable contractor.  So when Trinity came in and in ONLY 4 days corrected the missing foundation work under the addition and completed the original project of water leaking into my basement I was left totally impressed.

I was pleased with the quality workmanship demonstrated by all Trinity staff with the great care they took to insure I would not find any more hidden time bombs.  I finally had a good night's rest that I haven't had in close to a year.  Thank you Trinity!

My situation began when I was in the process of refinancing my home. The appraiser noticed a crack in the basement wall and required that I have it looked at by a professional before I could move forward with closing. I made what seemed like endless phone calls to try to get someone to come out and take a look at the foundation. I found Trinity on Google and gave them a call. I spoke with Cassandra and explained my situation. I knew how busy all of the contractors were, but Cassandra said that she would see what she could do and call me back. She did call back, and Jeff came out to take a look. It turned out that I did need to have some work done, and it was required that it be completed before I could close on my mortgage refinance. Even though they had an extremely busy schedule and multiple jobs going on, Trinity graciously agreed to do the work, and they did so in an extremely short amount of time! They came in, fixed the wall, dug up the side of the house, waterproofed it, etc. all in just a couple of days. Jeff was always checking in with me and making sure I knew what was happening, and everyone on the crew was great. They were extremely considerate and friendly. Due to my refinancing situation, there were some time constraints, and Cassandra was fantastic about helping me out and she was sending information/documents to the bank for me as they requested it. The work that Trinity did was excellent, and they did such a good job cleaning up and making my yard look good. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing everyone at Trinity is, particularly Jeff and Cassandra. They went above and beyond and I am grateful for everything that they did for me. I don't know what I would have done without their help and I am so fortunate to have found them. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to have this type of work done! Trinity is definitely number one on my list!! Thank you!

It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his crew.  I was especially pleased at the way he explained how every detail of the job would be accomplished.    He spent plenty of time with us and was very thorough.

The work itself was done in an efficient and timely manner.   This crew really knows concrete work.  Everyone knew exactly what his job was, and did it with skill and enthusiasm.  I just can't say enough about those guys; they really earned their pay  (especially when the ready-mix truck arrived).

The finished job not only met our expectations, but is beautiful to look at.  Clearly, this was done by real Pros.   Trinity has raised concrete work to an art form.

Timely.  Efficient.  Friendly.  No complications.  No ugly surprises.  No conflicts.  The price was right.   Can't ask for more.  Trinity is now my go-to concrete contractor.

Trinity was very prompt and efficient in getting this complicated project quickly done over a period of 6 days (due to rain). I was especially impressed with all the meticulous finishing work all the workers did on the staircase and sidewalk and the nice cleanup of our yard at the end. The project required two loads of concrete and six guys on the day the stairs were poured-- a very long staircase on a very hot day! Jeff came frequently during the project to check on the progress. The guys who did the work were very hardworking and polite and stopped to discuss the project with me whenever I had a question. I was a little concerned at the beginning, as the plan was kind of loose as far as the design--at first we were told the one landing would extend beyond the width of the stairs (they ended up not extending out, and on the day of the framing, they recommended two landings), and although we wanted to plan the landscaping with the company before the stairs were put in, that didn't happen (they have a landscape designer on staff).  Once the work began, I realized how skilled and experienced the company is in designing an attractive staircase that fits perfectly on our very steep hill, the need to be flexible and rely on their expertise, and I also realized that the landscaping will be much easier to figure out now that the stairs and sidewalk are in place. Now we have the nicest staircase in our hilly neighborhood!

There are not enough superlatives to describe the workmanship of the job Trinity just completed for us.  Once we met Jeff, our contractor, we knew his company was far superior to the others we screened.  He assured us that our concrete work would be perfect, make us happy and he wouldn't be satisfied until everything was exactly as we wanted it.  We were not to pay a cent until the job was complete.  They went above and beyond reasonable expectations.  We can't begin to express how wonderful Jeff and his crew were.  We are extremely proud of the finished sidewalks, driveway and the complex foundation work they completed.  They saved our garage from collapsing.

Jeff arrived for the estimate 2 hours after we called.  Explained what he would do, how he would do it and the total cost.

Work started promptly at 8 AM on April 27.  Jeff was present to provide direction to his crew.  He stopped in several times each day to see how things were progressing. He answered all of our questions doing his best to make sure we understood each facet as they went along.

The crew was professional and worked very hard to complete the removal process as quickly as possible.  At all times they were respectful of the age of the house while working very close to windows and walls.  Additionally, the existing retaining walls were not disturbed

All preparations were completed by Wednesday evening and the concrete was poured and finished on Thursday.

We were very impressed with their ability to complete the job within 4 days.

This is a company that asks you what you need, tells you what it can do and then does it in a timely and complete manner.

We will hire Trinity Masonry for any future concrete projects.

This company was very professional.  From the first phone call, to the owner coming out to give us a bid, to the end of the project, they answered all of our questions and concerns and stuck with their original bid of $12,000.  They threw in a few extras such as metal window wells and the topsoil.
They worked hard all day and we were always amazed with what they accomplished when we got home at the end of the day!  They were very respectful of our house and us.  They accidentally broke a corner off of the bottom of our house and fixed it right away!  They had this whole huge project done in 5 days!
They would talk to us when we got home and they would tell us what they did that day.  They explained everything in great detail and you could really tell they were proud of their work.
They are a very honest and hard-working company and we would 100% trust them to do work for me in the future.  We will have no problem recommending them to anyone!

Jeff from Trinity was very professional and gave me an initial bid for the spot tuckpointing on our home within a day of my contacting Trinity. A couple of weeks later I had some questions and he was just as prompt in coming back out and going over what we had initially talked about. The work was completed in less than two days and we're very pleased with the results. I feel comfortable that if I were to have questions or concerns about this or other work in the future that Jeff would address the situation promptly.
Because of the prompt and professional service they provided I would recommend Trinity Masonry.

I asked several masonry companies for bids and had responses from three. Jeff from Trinity Masonry contacted me soon after my request and came over for an estimate the same day. I had already designed the fireplace and printed CAD drawings to make sure the estimates were apples-to-apples.
Jeff called with a verbal estimate the next day. Getting a written estimate took several days but that was partly due to a change I made, from a clay liner to a steel liner. Trinity's cost estimate was fairly close to the others I received, so I could make a decision based on how soon they could do the project, and how comfortable I was with the bidder. Trinity was available soon and I felt Jeff was fair and easy to work with, so I chose them.
Work started within a week of the final estimate. The crew was very friendly and easy to work with. They had no trouble working to my drawings and had some good suggestions for improvements.
The fireplace was finished in about two weeks and it's perfect - exactly what we wanted for outdoor cooking and enjoying wood fires.
The cost was exactly as bid - no surprises.
I will definitely call Trinity Masonry if I ever have any masonry projects in the future.

Everyone at Trinity Masonry has been outstanding to work with. They provided a comprehensive, free estimate very promptly that outlined exactly what they were going to do. They showed up to start the job when they said they would, they showed up every day and worked hard all day long. They actually finished quicker than expected, which was nice, and cleaned everything up and walked the entire project with me prior to leaving. I am extremely happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone looking for masonry work. Great company.

Jeff from Trinity and Joe from Lenard Excavating worked very hard getting our home ready to move into. They tucked and mortared the block wall foundation, repaired cracks and core filled the block, then water proofed and sealed the walls along with the drain tile. Trinity warranty'd the work for 20 years... way above and beyond a traditional warranty. Trinity then worked on a 24' x 32' slab for a new garage. Jeff also teamed us up with Joe Lenard (Lenard Excavating) who did all our site prep and septic system. Since we were dealing with a late frost and road restrictions, they worked extra hrs to bring in smaller load compliant loads so that we could get moved in sooner. Jeff and Joe also teamed us up with a great Electrician (Jim Lenard), a heating professional (Joe Randall) and a great well driller (Bob Rasmussen). Being new to the area, this team of workers were an answer to prayer. We are very happy with the finished work and feel what we were charged was more than fair. We would highly recommend all of the above mentioned contractors.

unfortunately though i thought Jeff was professional and would take care of us ......i have been continually given excuses as to why he can't make it over to fix the issues that have happened over the past year....we have called and called ....excuses as to why they can't make it here.........NOT IMPRESSED..........we should have been scheduled in this yr to have the crack in the garage fixed , they did not do that.....now the driveway has schaffing and concrete around the stairs heaved cause it was not done right and 3 mths now has passsed and we have continually tried to get them here to fix the issues..........As of Today when they were supposed to come again a phone call ........another excuse.........they could fix inside the garage and the shaffing on concrete if rain in the forecast they could come next day to do the cutting out the cement and repouring around them...NOT HAPPY!!!! Unprofessional far as i'm concerned on how past clients are taken care of.
Response from Trinity Masonry & Concrete, Inc.
"The client contacted us in May requesting that we look at some problems they were having with their concrete. We were advised that Mr. is only home on weekends. We tried on numerous occasions to schedule a time to meet with the clients. Throughout the month of June we were advised that no one would be home as they were out of the area on business and family matters. We actually went back to this job site and performed some repair work around their stairway and went the extra mile and sealed the stairs. We were then contacted again in July requesting that we come 4th of July weekend. Unfortunately that did not conform to our employees’ holiday schedule. We had one other appointment tentatively scheduled but the weather did not cooperate. Our company feels that we performed expert workmanship at a very reasonable and somewhat low price. We do have issues with the client’s problems relative to the concrete. The following advice and guidelines are always given to clients: • For the First Two Days – Although your new concrete will become solid fairly quickly, it has little strength and hardness for the first two days. During that time, especially during the first 24 hours, keep all traffic off the concrete. Any damage to the surface of the concrete will be permanent. • For the Rest of the First Two Weeks – After two days, you can feel free to walk on your new concrete. It’s tough enough at that time to resist scars from walking. However, avoid twisting or skidding shoes on the concrete during that time, and keep bicycles, skateboards, and other toys off the surface. Do not drive on the concrete for the first 14 days. Leave the warning tape in place to let delivery vehicles and others know that they need to stay off your concrete. • After Two Weeks– after 14 days, it’s OK to drive on your new concrete with normal passenger vehicles, but we do not recommend large trucks, etc. Avoid driving near or across the edges of the driveway, though, since those areas are still weaker. Also, avoid skidding things on the driveway or dragging sharp objects on the driveway, since they can still scar the surface. • After 30 Days – When 30 days have passed, your new concrete will have developed almost all the hardness and strength it will have, and you can use it in any normal way. Trinity Masonry & Concrete finished pouring approximately 20 truckloads of concrete on a Wednesday at their job site. When we arrived at their residence that Friday (two days later) to inspect the site, we discovered that they had already been driving on the driveway and garage slab. We observed a large truck parked on the newly poured concrete. We do not believe that our company should be held accountable for damage done to the surface of the concrete when the client does not use common sense and does not comply with specific instructions."
