Enter TRINITY! I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Cassandra and she set up an appointment for Tuesday at 11am since they were working in the area. Come Tuesday Jeff was actually early and patiently waiting. We went over the project and came to terms on a price all within 15 minutes tops. Wednesday afternoon they were already prepping with a simple contract drawn up but straight forward, Thursday forms are set and Friday its all over except for a few small items.
I guess what I am trying to say is Jeff is a man of his word and still has the mentality that a handshake means something. He is a business owner like myself and understands that a customer is everything and it shows with his energy and passion for what he does. I told him he would be an excellent spokesman for selling "Kaboom" or the "Ding King" and I mean that in it's most sincere form, his energy is amazing. Chris was the project manager at my site and was incredibly helpful and informative as things progressed. You can tell the crew gets along and take things serious but still know how to make it fun.
If you are seriously looking for someone, do not hesitate for even a second to call Trinity. I will tell anyone I know looking to look no further.
Again, thank you Jeff, you were a lifesaver.
.My home was damaged by the arson of a home next to mine leaving me with only 3 interior walls. I have been dealing for the last 11 months with reconstruction and unfortunately poor workmanship with a questionable contractor. So when Trinity came in and in ONLY 4 days corrected the missing foundation work under the addition and completed the original project of water leaking into my basement I was left totally impressed.
I was pleased with the quality workmanship demonstrated by all Trinity staff with the great care they took to insure I would not find any more hidden time bombs. I finally had a good night's rest that I haven't had in close to a year. Thank you Trinity!
It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his crew. I was especially pleased at the way he explained how every detail of the job would be accomplished. He spent plenty of time with us and was very thorough.
The work itself was done in an efficient and timely manner. This crew really knows concrete work. Everyone knew exactly what his job was, and did it with skill and enthusiasm. I just can't say enough about those guys; they really earned their pay (especially when the ready-mix truck arrived).
The finished job not only met our expectations, but is beautiful to look at. Clearly, this was done by real Pros. Trinity has raised concrete work to an art form.
Timely. Efficient. Friendly. No complications. No ugly surprises. No conflicts. The price was right. Can't ask for more. Trinity is now my go-to concrete contractor.

Jeff arrived for the estimate 2 hours after we called. Explained what he would do, how he would do it and the total cost.
Work started promptly at 8 AM on April 27. Jeff was present to provide direction to his crew. He stopped in several times each day to see how things were progressing. He answered all of our questions doing his best to make sure we understood each facet as they went along.
The crew was professional and worked very hard to complete the removal process as quickly as possible. At all times they were respectful of the age of the house while working very close to windows and walls. Additionally, the existing retaining walls were not disturbed
All preparations were completed by Wednesday evening and the concrete was poured and finished on Thursday.
We were very impressed with their ability to complete the job within 4 days.
This is a company that asks you what you need, tells you what it can do and then does it in a timely and complete manner.
We will hire Trinity Masonry for any future concrete projects.
They worked hard all day and we were always amazed with what they accomplished when we got home at the end of the day! They were very respectful of our house and us. They accidentally broke a corner off of the bottom of our house and fixed it right away! They had this whole huge project done in 5 days!
They would talk to us when we got home and they would tell us what they did that day. They explained everything in great detail and you could really tell they were proud of their work.
They are a very honest and hard-working company and we would 100% trust them to do work for me in the future. We will have no problem recommending them to anyone!
Because of the prompt and professional service they provided I would recommend Trinity Masonry.
Jeff called with a verbal estimate the next day. Getting a written estimate took several days but that was partly due to a change I made, from a clay liner to a steel liner. Trinity's cost estimate was fairly close to the others I received, so I could make a decision based on how soon they could do the project, and how comfortable I was with the bidder. Trinity was available soon and I felt Jeff was fair and easy to work with, so I chose them.
Work started within a week of the final estimate. The crew was very friendly and easy to work with. They had no trouble working to my drawings and had some good suggestions for improvements.
The fireplace was finished in about two weeks and it's perfect - exactly what we wanted for outdoor cooking and enjoying wood fires.
The cost was exactly as bid - no surprises.
I will definitely call Trinity Masonry if I ever have any masonry projects in the future.
"The client contacted us in May requesting that we look at some problems they were having with their concrete. We were advised that Mr. is only home on weekends. We tried on numerous occasions to schedule a time to meet with the clients. Throughout the month of June we were advised that no one would be home as they were out of the area on business and family matters. We actually went back to this job site and performed some repair work around their stairway and went the extra mile and sealed the stairs. We were then contacted again in July requesting that we come 4th of July weekend. Unfortunately that did not conform to our employees’ holiday schedule. We had one other appointment tentatively scheduled but the weather did not cooperate. Our company feels that we performed expert workmanship at a very reasonable and somewhat low price. We do have issues with the client’s problems relative to the concrete. The following advice and guidelines are always given to clients: • For the First Two Days – Although your new concrete will become solid fairly quickly, it has little strength and hardness for the first two days. During that time, especially during the first 24 hours, keep all traffic off the concrete. Any damage to the surface of the concrete will be permanent. • For the Rest of the First Two Weeks – After two days, you can feel free to walk on your new concrete. It’s tough enough at that time to resist scars from walking. However, avoid twisting or skidding shoes on the concrete during that time, and keep bicycles, skateboards, and other toys off the surface. Do not drive on the concrete for the first 14 days. Leave the warning tape in place to let delivery vehicles and others know that they need to stay off your concrete. • After Two Weeks– after 14 days, it’s OK to drive on your new concrete with normal passenger vehicles, but we do not recommend large trucks, etc. Avoid driving near or across the edges of the driveway, though, since those areas are still weaker. Also, avoid skidding things on the driveway or dragging sharp objects on the driveway, since they can still scar the surface. • After 30 Days – When 30 days have passed, your new concrete will have developed almost all the hardness and strength it will have, and you can use it in any normal way. Trinity Masonry & Concrete finished pouring approximately 20 truckloads of concrete on a Wednesday at their job site. When we arrived at their residence that Friday (two days later) to inspect the site, we discovered that they had already been driving on the driveway and garage slab. We observed a large truck parked on the newly poured concrete. We do not believe that our company should be held accountable for damage done to the surface of the concrete when the client does not use common sense and does not comply with specific instructions."
