"Our experience with Hal was wonderful. He has fantastic design vision, attention to detail and produces high quality products for an amazing value. We were so impressed with the work that he did. that we are already thinking of additional projects. In addition to the larger projects, he also worked with us to complete some small maintenance projects around the yard - refurbishing some Adirondack chairs, light fixtures, etc. Other reviewers have captured the considerations on how to best work with Hal: have a point of view, but your project will come out even more amazing if you take his design feedback into account, communicate clearly and often, but be flexible on your timeline, to account for weather and unforeseen delays. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
