"We were introduced to Bruce after having a poor experience with a prior architect. We are doing a garage, bedroom, and entryway addition and planning to live at the house during the build (we're crazy maybe). Therefore we needed someone with a contractor background, design knowledge, and serious creativity for our project. Bruce has done a great job working with us remotely (were out of state). Extremely responsive, patient to help us understand design choices and physical limitations and delivered us a beautiful final concept. He then help scale back the plans for a phased approach project (Contractor portion and DIY). Delivered full 2D, 3D, cross sections, as-built, demo, framing, and electric plan.
