The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! He said they could handle it, he quoted me a very fair price, he promised me when they would be out and he fulfilled every single this he promised. The work was excellent. "We have used Shelton many times for both interior and exterior painting. They have even Stained our deck and the trim around our windows after having them replaced. We are never disappointed. This last time they painted the kitchen, Dinning room, Living room and hallway. There was some patch work that needed to be done from some holes etc....Area is open and we did two different colors. They finished in one day. It is beautiful. They prep and protect the bigger items that couldn't be moved out of the rooms. Cleaned up after themselves. They even vacuumed behind the TV stand that normally doesn't get moved. The workers are great. Highly recommend."

A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed.
