Elite Finish Painting also repaired and repainted the dining room ceiling after a plumber had cut holes in it to get at a clogged pipe. "Perfection! I would hire Felipe again in a heart beat! He and his crew did a fantastic job! Very professional, on time, and very friendly. I had an outlet in my wall that I didn't want and at the last minute asked them to removed it and repair the wall. Very easy going and accommodating. I had bumpy walls from removing built in cabinets and another painting company said it wasn't fixable and I had to live with it since my house was older. Not Felipe. He said no problem and they did a beautiful job smoothing out the wall. I also had a medallion I wanted to add to my light fixture in my entry that is , I'm not sure, maybe 24 feet high. No one else would tackle this because the chandelier was wide and they couldn't reach where the light attached to the ceiling. Felipe angled two ladders and three guys held on to it so that they could attach the medallion. It looked like a cirque du soleil act but they did it! No task was impossible for these guys! I will definitely use them again in the future."

"Everything was done better and faster than I expected! They were very knowledgeable about paints and the process. They even took on a few extra projects I needed painted such as some exterior cement wall and our porch swing. Very kind and professional!"

"Dennis Nagel and his two man crew spent 3 days scraping the exterior of
the house. They did a complete and detailed job removing peeling paint
from the cedar shakes. I was impressed how hard they worked at scraping. They barely took any breaks. Tarps were placed under all areas scraped and the paint chips were disposed by the crew. They taped and covered windows and then applied the primer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
They were prepared to start painting the following day but the weather didn't
cooperate. They removed the plastic for the weekend and on Monday taped
and hung the plastic again.
Dennis and crew started painting in the
morning, but when it got hot in the afternoon they stopped so the paint
could dry naturally.
Overall they did an excellent job and was more
concerned about quality  than speed. It took a couple of days
longer than expected but that was due to additional time scraping and the
hot weather.

"Jake and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They did a very professional job in prepping and caring for the furniture and floors. The day turned out to be raining, so the first coat wasn't drying as fast as it should. Jake offered to come back later in the day and put the second coat on, which he did. They did a great job with cleanup too. I am very happy with the quality, coverage and care that was taken and would definitely use them again and recommend others use them also."

"We had 2 rooms that needed the wallpaper removed.  We purchased an AL coupon for 4 hours of wallpaper removal.  We knew the job was bigger than what could be done in 4 hours.  Accommodating Painting got a reasonable amount of work done in the 4 hours and we did hire them for some additional time beyond the coupon. They were responsive to questions before starting the project and were flexible on the additional hours on the project.  They would have gotten a higher rating from us if they had arrived on time or called that they were delayed.

"Hired Design Effects to remove textured ceiling in bathroom which was falling down due to moisture and condensation from skylight. Kerry was able to provide recommendations for the paint color and type and give suggestions for the scope of work. Kerry and crew removed the old texture, mudded and sanded the ceiling and recessed skylight area, touched up some amateur drywall work on one wall, painted the ceiling, and prepped and painted the whole bathroom (decided to be necessary to give clean ceiling corners because of the rough edges the removed texture left). The end result was outstanding."

"Fair & Square was excellent. We had a very large scope which included repainting the entire interior, rip out and rebuild of the kitchen and three bathrooms, and removal of several half-walls. The work was done to high quality and any problems were quickly addressed. The Fair & Square approach includes a project manager to do all of the coordination and planning so there's a 1-stop shop. They are not so big that they're inflexible and not so small that you feel there will be a lot of unpredictability. Also we found Fair & Square to be very adaptable to the level of cost that we wanted to have, and not either locked into being high end or budget. We were very pleased with the detail and accuracy of the cost and schedule estimate, including use of a contingency. This provided a level of predictability that we've rarely seen in this kind of major work scope. There are specific contacts in their office to help with selection and procurement of materials and with follow up warranty service. Both are very convenient and responsive. The use of a project manager and the additional staff does add some expense however it pays off in quality, predictability, and responsiveness. Toward the end there were a couple of problems where we had to reach out to the owner (Mike Otto) for help and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Fair & Square for your home renovation."
