A blessing in disguise. Ryan happened to have an opening the next Monday. The color I wanted wasn’t going to be available by then so Ryan went OUT OF HIS WAY to make a blend close to the color I wanted. It was perfect. Then, with the late start, worked into the night to get my floor done. This is a business that truly cared about the customer and is passionate about his work. "Jake and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They did a very professional job in prepping and caring for the furniture and floors. The day turned out to be raining, so the first coat wasn't drying as fast as it should. Jake offered to come back later in the day and put the second coat on, which he did. They did a great job with cleanup too. I am very happy with the quality, coverage and care that was taken and would definitely use them again and recommend others use them also."

Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. "Ken did an amazing job on both the carpet and the tile floors.  He was upfront right away and said he didn't know if he could get all the stains out of the carpet which I kind of expected,  but he did!!  He was professional and very reasonably priced!  I will be contacting Ken in the future."

"I'll make this short, but could write a novel. From the start he was great to work with, then once work began dates kept getting pushed and pushed. the wrong garage door was installed, I had a garage door opener installed that I didn't ask for (but am glad it's there now), the service door was the wrong swing, the apron had to be redone due to being the wrong size and it didn't have a slope to it. I heard over and over that he was just the messenger to relay the information to his sub-contractors. the project was completed one month after the 'promised' completion date. Once the project was comlete I have to say that I'm happy with the finished product, just the process was VERY frustrating. That's the short version...take it for what you will."
