On his 2nd visit, Pat and his helper removed the heavy TV from its bracket and then rebalanced the cabinet and ceiling speakers to produce much improved acoustics (immediately noticeable watching action movies). Pat also did an initial assessment of the TV/AV system at no charge, and his bill for the additional 2 visits was very reasonable. When I decide to upgrade to a larger TV, I will be calling Pat again. I highly recommend him."

I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
