I grew up in the construction field with my grandpa owning his own construction company learning the tricks of the trades from him to owning my own Landscape business that I sold a few years ago. "It is so unfortunate that we hired Ken to do our project. It has been nothing but a major headache. Ken is not good at communication and never completed the job. The part of the job that had been completed was done poorly and with cheap product. With this we will need to hire another company to come in and complete the project and fix the disaster and unsafe situation he created. Safety concerns and poor workmanship that were reported to Ken the business owner have continued to be ignored and not addressed. The BBB is involved and he is not responding to them as well. Next steps will be to take him to court for resolution. I strongly advise all to not consider him for your project! Nothing but a nightmare!!!"
