In all cases we were extremely satisfied for the following reasons: (1) Jeff is always creative and we always end up with a much better design than we were originally thinking, (2) the jobs are always bid accurately (not underbid to win the business only to find many charges added on), (3) the crew is friendly and reliable (and amazing consistent over many years), (4) their work is high quality, and (5) they will ALWAYS make it right if anything is found after they are done that we need modified.

"Top notch. A job well done and worth the significant money for an elaborate, homeowner-designed deck plan. Plenty of research, multiple quotes and opinions gathered before we decided to hire Outdoor Spaces to build the deck. I will say that the pricing is definately fair as EVERYONE came in at about the same price range. Decks are not cheap and if you are going to have a quality outdoor space (that's safe!) then be mentally prepared for this bill. Don't just hire some guy which someone knows ("oh yeah, I know a guy" or "you don't need a permit, forget them inspectors"), do it right and keep your guests and family safe. Outdoor Spaces (Jayme) is patient, knowledgeable and willing to work with you and deal with ideas/changes/multiple material choices/updates/rework and re-quotes, etc. He's got multiple crews with plenty of experience for the jobs. I told him if I look out there and something doesn't look right I'm going start asking all sorts of questions with a twitchy eye! He was fine with that, LOL. Anytime there were questions about procedure, inspection, what I wanted, whatever, Jayme and the crew were willing to explain what they were doing and why and reassure me of the desired end result. No photos to post yet. Once I transfer them onto the PC I will upload them. Chances are Jayme has or will put them on the Outdoor Spaces web site soon.

"Steve is fantastic. He is very patient and helpful with decision making. He hires high quality contractors for tile work, electrical, and plumbing. We had two bathrooms updated with new tile, mirrors, lighting, and toilets. We replaced an old vanity top with stone in the master bath. We also needed help with adding crown molding to existing kitchen cabinets that had never had that and looked unfinished. They matched our stain perfectly and did a wonderful job.
