We decided to go with A&M and couldn't be more impressed and appreciative for all that we got. The install went great and the communication and follow-up from Curt has always been A+. We also ran into a bad collar later on (under warranty) and the exceptional service from Curt continued where he helped us trouble shoot (first over the phone) and when that didn't work, he came to our house and fixed the issue. "First Five years fence was warrantied and of course no problems. Now its seven years later and I have wobbly fence posts, the stringers are falling off, lots of split pickets, gates don't open correctly (you have to lift up on all 3 gates). Lip service from company but no action from them. Don't use this company with their low grade cedar and terrible installers! On a 6 foot fence they only used two stringers on 8' expanses. No way should fence literally be falling down after 7 years! Would give negative stars if I could..."
