"The only problem I saw was the barb wire was not straight on a 30 foot section and the dirt around a few of the posts was not packed right. The price was pretty good and they did the job the next day after estimate. One of the workers was kind of rude to me after the job was done? all in all I may hire them again but will get more than 1 estimate next time"

He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. "Initially, things went OK. After the work was completed, there were several issues with the install; pickets hung crooked, property was destroyed (workers stepped on and bent newly installed gutters and downspouts), and one gate was repositioned in a different spot without my approval which rendered my neighbors gate inoperable as well as interfered with the external dryer vent on my house. I contacted the owner of the company (Julian) and the issues were tended to, although it took several days. The fence did not fare well through the winter, however. I phoned Julian in March to tell him that the back gate was falling apart and would not stay closed due to the latch being improperly installed. I asked him to take a look at it and get back to me. I patiently waited for him, but after 5 weeks of nothing, I phoned again and left a message indicating that he had exactly 10 days to attend to the matter. In that time frame, more pickets from the fence and gate fell off. Apparently, the workers stapled the pickets on with inappropriately sized fasteners. The owner texted me on the 10th day stating that he would come to fix the fence and gate and gave me a date. At 2pm on that date, no one had shown up. I received a text at 8pm stating that he had been by to fasten all the pickets and would be back on Saturday to fix the gate. It's Saturday and he has not been here. Currently, the gate is completely unusable and utterly unsightly. He reattached the pickets haphazardly and they scrape the driveway. I am shocked at how negligent he has been throughout the whole process and regret the day I hired him. I have pictures of this disgrace. I should also mention that this was not an inexpensive project. But I paid 100% more than what it was worth."

I started driving equipment on the job site at age 6 and have been at it ever since. We also do stump removal services. Our current team is small lean, and extremely efficient. This allows us to take on all different types and sizes of products. We offer free estimates. We also do new landscaping designs, if you don't have a plan in place but want us to do something unique we charge a $50 design fee on most all residential projects with our design and estimate to get the project done; to serve you best if you don't know what you want is to give us a budget to work with so we can get the most done with what you want. Our designs and estimates are usually completed within 1-2 business days with a scheduled start date, and project duration estimate listed on your estimate if you choose to accept. For most projects, if you accept our estimate, we will require you to sign a contract with a 10% down payment to hold your spot on the calendar. This allows us to start the process of ordering material required for your project. If there are delays outside of our control (on our side) to start the project greater than 1 week your 10% can be refunded to start the project at a later date. We will keep all communication open with you if there is a change to the schedule. We require full payment on the date of the completion of the project. Projects longer than 1 week in duration will require a weekly payment schedule based off % completed on the project.
