We started with the dining room chairs and two living room chairs, I didn't expect much because the spots had been there awhile. We were amazed so had them back to do the rest of the house. The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. Mike and his two assistants were great, thorough, yet expeditious. They arrived on time, explained everything, worked through the home for each air return and register, took care to clean up after themselves including vacuuming around each work areas, Mike apprised me of how much debris was found, provided before and after pictures of the duct conditions, and his crew left the home neat when the departed in less than an hour and one half after servicing our 500 sq foot home.
