Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. "I was very pleased with the service I got. Not only were my ducts cleaned for the first time since 1968 (!), I learned a little more about my house in the process. Danny took the time to explain things to me as the process went along and made other observations about my house not related to duct cleaning. They were a little late to arrive, I think it was by a couple hours. I did get a phone call letting me know and when I could expect them to arrive so I could use that time wisely."
