We clean, stain and restore exterior wood such as decks, fences, porches, and cedar shake roofs. We design and install Christmas and Event Lighting. During the winter months we remove Ice Dams from roofs. We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. We are certified in wood restoration by the Power Washers of North America and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Additional phone line is 763-559-1832. "We have used, and recommended, RTD for a few years and have always liked their work. However, after the treatment from the company this year, we'll NEVER work with or recommend them again. We had them come out and stain our deck and pergola. They broke our large storage box on the deck to the point we had to replace it. They knew about the damaged property from the pictures I sent them, and never acknowledged it. After staining our pergola, several large stains were left on the concrete patio. After emailing them and not hearing back for 2 weeks, I called and was told that someone would come out to clean the concrete. They did, however, it did not remove any of the staining. My husband called and left messages, none of which were answered. Their services aren't cheap and we were repeat customers. Our cement patio was not cheap and now, thanks to them, is ruined. Do NOT use this company if you are looking for quality work and quality customer service."

"Issues with new window leak after they replaced siding. Took over a year from my initial notification of the new leak for them to remove siding and investigate problem. They said old leak and exterior wall damaged from leak. Not sure how their crew hung the house siding if the wall was wet like they said. They said they would give us a bid to repair and no follow up for 2 months. Left a piece of siding off my house that whole time. Do not recommend."
