"They responded promptly to my initial inquiries, and arrived right on time on the day of our appointment (during the first major snowfall of the year, even) and removed the stuff I needed hauled away very efficiently. Very friendly and professional folks. Even after offering them a bit extra for hauling out some additional oversized boxes for me as well as the things we'd prearranged, I'm quite sure I couldn't have found a better price short of just doing it myself.
