We tried for 10 years at great expense to grow grass but because we have so much shade and because our yard is so steep we were never successful. Before we scheduled time, we sent him a list of tasks we wanted him to handle such as installing a mailbox and post, fixing boards on the deck and staining it, insulating AC lines, sealing holes in the exterior of the home, installing inside handrails, changing light fixtures, and installing closet rods and shelves. He came when he said he would and had the tools he needed for the job. He referred to the list we had sent and efficiently and neatly worked through it. He was pleasant to have in our home and treated it with respect. We will definitely use him again!"

He never showed up and in September after not hearing anything else from him I got a bill for the remainder of the project. When I too, d Mike the project was never completed he spoke with other people that told him it was completed. It is very hard to discuss what is growing 5 months after a project was supposed to be completed. We had to pay others to do the work and some of the work was done by people here. I would never recommend Mike Hvezda or Rockwood Landscaping. Buyer beware!"
