BERNARD'S GLASS

Ed was punctual  on measuring the panes.  Ordered the panes.  Arrived right on time to deliver and install the panes.  After installing he carefully adjusted the gliding door and cleaned the panes and the area.  Very pleasant to work with.

Ed was real easy to contact and work with.  He did a GREAT job with the installation and he even installed the sliding screen door, which I expected I would have to install myself.  This was a window warranty job, and he answered the phone every time I called (which was 3 times - one to check on availability, one to get him the address of the warehouse ... he picked up the glass and screen door for me, and the 3rd one was to finalize installation).  
My wife was home with the kids that day, and he introduced himself and went straight to work.  He was very efficient and thankful for the business, even though it was a small job.
I absolutely would hire Ed again for a glass job.

Ed was very personable, prompt, professional, courteous and efficient!  The cost was very reasonable and lower than the competition.  When I initially called for an estimate it was done quickly and efficiently.  It had been extremely cold so we waited a few weeks to have it installed but as soon as it warmed up Ed called to set up a time for installation and he was very flexible.  The installation didn't even take an hour. Very good customer service and I couldn't be happier with my new window!  It looks fabulous! 

They did a good job. The price was very fair.

We called Ed, of Bernard's Glass, because we had him do work for us in the past. This request centered on replacing part of our dining room window. Ed came out on a Monday, measured and ordered the glass and told us the he could have it replaced by Friday. While Ed was ready to do the work on Friday, Mother Nature made sure it didn't happen and it poured rain all day. Ed kept in touch with me all day in hopes that the rain would let up but it didn't. Ed came back on Monday and replaced the window.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY THAT HE COULD GET THE JOB DONE BY FRIDAY BECAUSE WE WERE PREPARING TO HOST A PARTY THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY. ED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.ED WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US OUT. POLITE AND TOOK HIS SHOES OFF WHEN HE CAME IN; WAS 1/2 HOUR LATE BUT DID GOOD WORK, AND I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.
