"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Everything went so much smoother than we could have imagined. Signing the contract with our salesman was super easy and we weren't pressured into anything at all. We ended up having a patio door and 5 windows put in to replace our sketchy 1970s windows and door. The crew took extra time to clean and replace anything wrong with the openings and ensure they had a refreshed frame to re-insulate and seal"
