We are top of the line roofers, home builders, and we can remodel anything. We have 10 employees and our construction manager, Bob Pries that works with the best subcontractors in the Rochester area. Our billing process is fairly simple. We ask for half down depending on the amount of the job. If we don't ask for money down we expect for payment upon completion of project. We do charge 3% service charge for anything left unpaid after 30 days from completion of job.
