We had our furnace serviced 11/2019. Received a bill finally 4/2020. Our furnace is only 3 years old, and the tech informed us that it could be warranty work. The tech was pleasant and worked quickly - was in and out of our house within 15 minutes. He also gave us an estimate of $50-60. Imagine my surprise when a bill arrived for $120. I called and spoke with Steve, who informed me that drive time to & from is considered labor. And their hourly labor rate is $100-120. We were charged the higher end for some minor cleaning. Not even replacing parts. In Steve’s own words, “your heater seems to be working fine now. This price seems fair.” It would be if he had charged accurately for the technician working instead of driving or sitting in the driveway. Beware of price gouging: 15 minutes of work for $120.00 charge.

I called on a Saturday looking for a replacement part for my AC unit. Steve indicated that he was currently at the shop for another customer and that I could stop down and get the part I needed outside of business hours. Hugely appreciated this with no AC and 90 degree heat!

Steve Green gave us a competitive quote, and also had some good ideas to help us with unique problems with air flow in our home. Based on this, we decided to go with him. His team showed up on time on the appointed day, and did an excellent job installing the new furnace. They ran into a couple of problems venting the furnace, which caused them to be in our home for an extra half-day (the job was supposed to take less than a day) When I talked to Steve that evening, I asked how much more it was going to cost to have him finish the job. He said that when these types of problems come up, he sticks to the quote and will not charge any more. Also, when I mentioned that one of our registers was not blowing any air, he sent a camera down the register to diagnose the problem. Again, he did not add this to the bill.
We are very satisfied with the job he did, and with the equipment he installed. We were also very impressed with the creative ways they found to solve air flow and installation issues in our home. And, we very much appreciated that he did not charge us any more than the original quote, despite some unforeseen challenges during installation. I will definitely call him back for any heating/air related work in our home.

Our air conditioning system was not working and a replacement of the entire system was recommended by other companies we contacted for estimates. Steve Green was the only one that suggested it might be possible to fix the existing system. It was easy to set up an appointment. The repair guy showed up right on time, identified the problem quickly and even though he had to improvise a solution he was done and gone in very short order. The air has been working wonderfully for the last two months of hellish hot humid weather.

I called on the recommendation of my plumber. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me how to fix it. (A fan wasn't working because it had a stick in it.) No charge, and I would have happily paid for a visit. He said the fan will eventually fair, and he'll be my first call when it does. Great experience.

Our gas fireplace and our garage furnace was not working. They came out, took a look at the fireplace and told me how I could save some money fixing it myself. Last night I did as they said and it works like a charm. They looked at my garage furnace, showed me what parts needed replacement, proved to me that these were the parts and why. Then told me to just go online and I could replace them pretty inexpensively. They even provided the part numbers. They could have done all the repairs themselves but I'm pretty handy. I wanted to save some money (it's Christmas Time), so they just showed me what to do and headed out. They were at the house on time and for only 1 hour. I just updated this report because the bill just came. It was $50 less then I anticipated. I love this company. PWC

Steve Green is the owner and the one that answered both the phone and home visit. The whole time I felt like he was just looking out for us. This is grammas house so he took everything into concideration.It is always a full house and helped us with all the possible problems that could happen with the system by anyone including little hands. He was quick, professional, and whent beyond our expectations! I have already passed his number several times since that day. The best part was he did not even charge us a single penny. Even before coming to our home he offered a few suggestions over the phone. This is a man doing buisness for the RIGHT reason. THANK YOU Steve :)

On time, courteous workers. Explained what they needed to do. Showed me what was done when finished. Cleaned up perfectly. The paperwork I received for local energy rebates and tax credit was outstanding. Great service.
