Jeremy showed up a few minutes early (amazing!) and walked me through the process before beginning. I didn't have any furniture that needed to be moved (was cleaning carpets before getting furniture moved it) so the process was very easy. He also provided me with a bottle of spot remover and pointed out an area of carpet where some solvent had been cleaned (most likely nail polish remover, because the carpet fibers were damaged)."
