We first reached out to Ryan back in January. Ryan came to our house within a couple of hours on the same day. It was very snowy outside, so we agreed to revisit it when the snow all melted later. When we reached out to him again in April, he remembered our house problem, and let me know when he would be available to help us. Hiring a contractor has been something I would hesitate because as first-time home owners, we were taken advantage by others before. A contractor’s warranty is often only up to a year or none, so many times you spent a lot money, but it turned out they didn’t solve the problem, and money spent was almost sunk cost. Ryan paid tons attention to details while working, the quality of service provided was high level. I would definitely hire him again and strongly recommend him to other families.

Ryan replaced our b roken attic stairs and reframed the areaaaa and weatherproofed. His great attention to detail and caring about the looks of the project was excellent. Ryan did a great job, and we hope to hire him for some other projects in the future. Would highly recommend.
